Lok Samya Party, is actively seeking professionals to participate in electoral politics to reshape the political landscape and provide voters with a credible alternative. 
In a system often dominated by traditional politicians, the party believes that professionals—lawyers, doctors, engineers, educators, business leaders, and other experts will bring fresh perspectives, practical solutions, and ethical governance to the table.

By involving skilled professionals, we aim to shift the focus from rhetoric to results, encouraging policies grounded in expertise, transparency and accountability. This move aspires to elevate the quality of decision-making, ensuring that issues like healthcare, education, economy, and infrastructure are addressed by those with real-world experience. The party hopes that this approach will inspire voters to choose capable leaders who prioritize national interest over political gains, thus fostering a more competent, solutions-oriented governance model.

Also, we are committed to reserve 50% of the seats for women candidates, aiming to promote greater participation and more balanced political representation.

Interested applicants must meet following conditions:
1.   Graduate (or higher education) with minimum of 15 years of work experience (in any of the fields covered by 53 Ministries of Government of India)
2.   NO criminal antecedents
3.   Has filed ITR for at least last 3 years (or Form 16 of at least last 3 years)
4.   Ability to express views in a coherent and convincing manner without bias or prejudice
5.   Fluent in at least one of the official languages of the 28 states or any one of the 22 scheduled languages of India
6.   Functional knowledge of Hindi and/or English
